Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document machine issues - Perform vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance - Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:
- 2
years experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role preferred (Auto/Marine/Powersports) - Knowledge of off road machine service and repair procedures - Experience in service writing, including accurately documenting machine issues and recommended repairs - Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in an extremely fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems for service writing and estimating - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with cash handling procedures Job Type:
