The Assistant Bookkeeper verifies, allocates, and posts details of business transactions with the ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities.
Responsibilities Enters and remits company invoices Reconciles company credit cards, ensuring receipts are present for all transactions Assists in creating bank deposits Performs bank account reconciliation Creates purchase orders Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Competencies Previous accounting/bookkeeping/record keeping experience is preferred Knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred Knowledge of Lightspeed software is a bonus Strong ethics to maintain departmental morals and confidentiality Proficiency using Microsoft Office is a must Understanding of the reconciliation process Ability to thrive with ever-changing priorities Must be able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment Strong filing and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Excellent attention to detail Why Badlands?
